Selecting a theme

New VT

The default theme for your VT Home page is a light theme with a white background.  To change that to a dark theme with a black background, follow these steps:

1. Click on the menu icon next to your identity name in the top-right corner of the page.
2. Select “Display preferences” from the menu.
3. Choose “Dark Mode” or “Use System Defaults” if your computer is set to use dark mode overall.
4. Save.

The page will refresh automatically.

Legacy VT

The default theme for your VT Home page is a dark theme with a black background.  To change that to a light theme with a white background, follow these steps:

1. Click on your email address in the top-right corner of the page.
2. Select “Display Preferences” from the menu.
3. Click on the theme you wish to use.
4. Close the Display Preferences window. Your selection is saved automatically.
